An MST alumni and experiences from GEHA in supporting the Claims Department, the Call-Center, the IT Department, and the management team, Anthony's goal at Open Care is to create a seamless experience for injured workers, employers, and partners, while supporting the organization’s strategic growth with claims management system to save time, reduce costs, and gain control with AI-driven automation and maintaining strong regulatory compliance.

Grace responsible for driving strategic expansion and identifying new opportunities to deliver value across our services. By leveraging market insights, building strong partnerships, and aligning our offerings with the evolving needs of employers and injured workers, Grace also help position our organization for long-term success. As a graduate from University of Central Oklahoma, Grace went on to managing partner for a top chain hotel in the Midwest region from 2008 to 2012, before pivoting to the insurance sector. Grace's focus is on innovation, business development, and optimizing performance to ensure sustainable growth in a competitive and highly regulated industry.
